Yes. We are remote-first and async-friendly. You will not be asked to sit in a chair for eight hours so someone can see you sitting in it. We care about shipped work, not hours logged.

No. For the Video Editor role we do not look at degrees at all, and we do not require formal experience either. For the SEO Executive role we need one to three years of hands-on work, which can be agency, freelance, or in-house. What we assess in both cases is demonstrated work.

What should I send instead of a resume?

Editors should send links to videos they have edited, on Drive, YouTube, Instagram, or a portfolio. SEO applicants should send a site they worked on and a short note on what they changed and what happened afterwards. A resume is welcome but it is not what gets you the call.

How many meetings will I be in?

Close to none. We communicate in Loom recordings, screenshots, and short written updates. Expect one scheduled call a week at most, and often not that.

How long does the hiring process take?

Usually under two weeks from application to offer. You will hear back either way within five business days of applying, and the paid trial task is scoped to a few hours rather than a weekend.

Is the trial task paid?

Yes. We do not ask for free work. The task is small, close to real client work, and paid whether or not you get the role.
